Once you have reviewed these materials, email your interest to “farmteam<at>rsfarm.com” Make the subject line of the email read “Farm Team Application.” Include your name, address, phone number, and the position you are applying for. Please address the following: 

□        Your availability to work according to the schedule described. 

□        The dates you are available to work. 

□        Your relevant past work experience. 

□        Your physical ability to do the work. 

□        Your applicable past leadership roles. 

□        Please include your resume, if you have one. 

□        Please include the names and contact information for three work references. 

We evaluate all candidates who submit an email as described here. After receiving the email, we will initiate a phone interview with strongly-qualified candidates. Based on the phone interview, we may invite you out for a trial work morning, and an initial on-site interview.
