A letter from a member of the Rock Spring Farm CSA:

Dear Chris,

I just wanted to let you know how much I love your CSA program. I received winter veggies and fruits last fall, and I am going for everything this year. There are just so many benefits. It’s a big investment up front, but so very worth it.  

In the couple of months I was getting fruits and veggies, I lost over 10 pounds without even trying. The only thing I changed was eating the fruits and vegetables I received, that’s it! I also have a 7-year old son. He was just as excited as me to see what was in our box each time. We both loved trying things we never had before. And, it’s all organic. Awesome! 

I can’t wait to see what comes in our summer boxes. And maybe I will lose more of this weight that has been so stubborn for 7 years. Oh, and I love the newsletter too. Try getting recipes and storage instructions at the grocery store. Plus, I feel like I know who is making my food. 

I think I will be a CSA’er for life! Thanks!
